How much profit does an acre of sweet corn make?

A farmer can earn anywhere between Rs.50,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- in an acre of sweet corn after growing expenses. The crop is harvested within 70-80 days of seeding. The earnings depend on yield and the market price.
